Documents Required for Proprietorship Registration

Please upload valid documents as per the verification guidelines below.

1. Company Proof

Submit any one of the following:

Registration Proof
Shop Establishment Act Certificate
Regional State Registration Certificate
Municipal Corporation License / Certificate
GST Certificate
Utility Bill (Not older than 2 months)
Electricity Bill, Water Bill, Telecom Bill

Document must be in the firm's name.
Registered business address should be clearly visible.

2. PAN Card of Proprietor

Required Document:

Clear copy of the Proprietor's PAN Card

✓ Verification Checklist

Name on PAN Card should match the Proprietor's Name.
PAN image should be clear and readable.

3. Bank Account Details

Submit any one of the following:

Cancelled Cheque
Bank Attested Letter
Bank Passbook
Signed & Stamped Bank Statement

✓ Verification Checklist

Business Name / Proprietor Name should be visible.
Account Number and IFSC Code must be clearly printed.
If details are not printed, a Bank Attested Letter is mandatory.

4. GST Document

Required Documents:

GST Certificate
GST Non-Enrollment Declaration

✓ Verification Checklist

GSTIN should be clearly visible.
Business Name and Address should be visible.
Trade Name should match the Registered Business Name.
Declaration must be on Company Letterhead with Authorized Signature & Stamp.

5. KYC of Authorized Signatory

Submit any one of the following:

Aadhaar Card
Driving License
Passport
Voter ID Card
NREGA Card

Front and Back copies are mandatory.
Address proof should be in the Proprietor's name.

Name on PAN should match the Business Name.
PAN card image should be clear and readable.

3. Bank Account Details

Required Documents:

Cancelled Cheque
Bank Attested Letter
Bank Passbook
Account Statement (Signed & Stamped by Bank)

Verification Checklist:

Business Name should be visible.
Account Number should be printed.
IFSC Code should be visible.
If details are not printed, a Bank Attested Letter is mandatory.

4. GST Document

Company/Trade Name and Address should be visible.
Trade Name should match the registered business name.

Both front and back sides are mandatory.
Address proof should be in the proprietor's name.

6. Declaration of Authorized Signatory

Required Document: Declaration on Company Letterhead

Verification Checklist:

Should be on company letterhead.
Must be stamped and signed by two partners.

Society Bye Laws

Trust Deed / Society Bye Laws should contain the legal name and address.

2. PAN Card of Company

Must be stamped and signed by two Directors or the Company Secretary.

6. KYC of Authorized Signatory

Deed should include the legal name and address of the HUF.

Names of the Karta and all Co-parceners (Members) should be clearly mentioned.

2. PAN Card of HUF

HUF should be mentioned on the PAN Card or identifiable through the PAN details.
PAN Card image should be clear and readable.

3. Bank Account Details

Submit any one of the following:

Business Name / HUF Name should be visible.
Account Number and IFSC Code must be clearly printed.
